1. Any delegate or executive board member can report any complaint to the secretariat without any hesitation, and special complaint can be submitted to secretary general, the secretariat will be headed by the secretary general for such matters.
2. A delegate or executive board member can file a complaint if they have been verbally harassed or if there has been use of un-parliamentary language against them.
3. The secretariat shall proceed to investigate into the complaint that has been brought to our notice.
4. The secretariat will provide equal opportunity to the alleged-victim as well as the accused person to present any witness in order to defend their claim.
5. The secretariat reserves the right to summon any person to appear as a witness, within the timeline of the conference.

8. Any complaints made against a delegate and/or executive board member will not be entertained, post 4 hours after the conference has been convened.
9. The secretariat will act rapidly to investigate the complaint filed and deliver justice as early as possible. However, the resolution for the complaint filed will be delivered in a maximum timeframe of 24 hours.
